Manque de tenue de l'audience
Etant présent lors de la conférence, j'aimerais mettre en avant le manque de tenue et les propos totalement incohérents tenus par les représentants de la communauté congolaise.
La conférence ne s'est en rien transformée en une humiliation de Mr. Michel mais bien en une humilation du peuple congolais. En manquant de respect par rapport au speaker, ceux-ci sont passés pour des personnes sans aucune éducation.
La réputation du Congo risque d'en souffrir...!

OF THE KIVU REGION AND
OTHER CENTRAL AFRICAN AREAS
This is a secret document which was uncovered and exposed to show the evil plans of these people:
Although we are a minority in the Kivu region, we have been able to successfully retain the power during the 1960 elections by availing ourselves of the Bantu's naivety. However, since our cleverness was later discovered by the Congolese, "EVERY TUTSI FROM ANY REGION MUST IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING PLAN AND PARTICIPATE IN ITS DIFFUSION TO ALL OTHER TUTSI, ESPECIALLY THOSE FROM VOLCANO DISTRICT".
1) Every TUTSI must know that Hutu are related to the Congolese and that our colonization plan must be applied to the two groups.
2) Every TUTSI must know thoroughly and apply to the Congolese and other ethnic groups surrounding them the methods used successfully to conquer RWANDA. You must proceed with method and gradually and refrain from any precipitation which might awaken the spectra of the Great Conqueror Rwabugiri, our National Hero.
3) Every TUTSI intellectual must adopt as his first goal the control of additional districts, as everybody is aware of the importance of controlling local seats of authority in order to spread political ideas into uneducated populace.
4) Every TUTSI intellectual must make friends within the Congolese administration and get acquainted with the bureaucratic process and thus prepare himself for eventual take-over in which he is expected to take the place and eventually head the whole department.
5) Since we cannot replace the Hutu representatives just elected and put our own people in their places, let's make them our friends. We must conquer them by offering them gifts, especially alcohol beverages which will allow us to worm secrets out of them. Offer them girls, and if necessary, do not hesitate to arrange marriages with them. They will not resist our daughters' angelic beauty.
6) When the control of all important positions is achieved, we must remove all our BANTU enemies, especially Hutus.
7) With regard to conquering the Hutus, you must use the "BLOOD EXCHANGE PACT" in which they foolishly believe: Haven't desecrated it several times with impunity?
8) Avail yourselves of the credulity of the Hutu elites and use them to promote our interests and to look credible in electoral drives. As soon as the electoral drives are over, bilk them to show their inefficiency.
9) Every TUTSI civil servant must use terror in order in order to get respect authority from the uneducated Hutu populace.
10) Using the civil servant we master, we must ridicule the uneducated BANTU and call them pretentious; many in the Hutu elite will help us destroy their fellows, because Hutu don't care about their fellows' fate.
11) Whenever we discover that Hutu are caring for their fellows' fate, we must destroy that spirit by dividing its promoters: WE MUST DIVIDE IN ORDER TO RULE.
12) We must master completely all the members of the other ethnic groups whom we manage to control, especially Hutu fawners and make them promote our interests.
13) Every TUTSI must know that every Hutu has been created to be a SERVANT and that no Hutu must ever become a leader. Hutu must not be aware of this principle until it is too late for them. You must control progressively all the key positions in the administration and finally have in every district a Director who protects our interests.
14) Every TUTSI must use every means possible to lead all Hutu civil servants to an inferiority complex.
15) Any Hutu caring about his fellow's fate must be kept off and denied any access to the population.
16) We remind all the TUTSI youth that they must join the A.J.I.R. because, if we do not succeed by our cleverness, we must use violence. The TUTSI youth must support the TUTSI civil servants, use terror and exploit the intelligence provided by our spies and informants.
17) During the difficult times, we must convince the Hutu to support the Jean Mirubo's cabinet in which we had two ministers, because the collapse of that cabinet means our own failure. Don't you know that we own Mirubo?
18) We must fight the WANDANDE and HUTU who oppose our Jean Mirubo by using naive Hutu. Avail yourselves of the Hutu's greed. Offer them alcohol beverage and money. Don't care about how much you spend because we have enough money. Don't you recall that we still have 65,000,000F which we were supposed to pay to the Catholic teachers?

To the attention of T.I.P. members in the Great Lakes Region.
Ref: Urgent and appropriate measure for the safeguard of our project.
When we met in Kisoro (Uganda) from 03 to 05 June 1997 just after our victory which led to the fall of dictator Mobutu, we underlined the necessity of strengthening our undertaking by posting our best human resources in services dealing with security, economics, finance and administration, particularly in the Provinces of north and South Kivu which are an integral part of our homeland. This strategy is supposed to make easy our control of the Democratic Republic of Congo and to consolidate further our influence in the Great Lakes Region.
In fact, Zaire was the missing link in ensuring that we attain total power control in the Indian basin with exception of Kenya and Tanzania where power is still in the hands of our enemies. However, Kenya will not be able to resist for a long time given the internal pressures exerted by our Ugandan, Ethiopian and Eritrean brothers who are determined to continue until victory is obtained! As far as Tanzania is concerned, our Masai brothers have not yet gained enough political and military influence to start a"liberation struggle" as have done our friends in Kenya. WE must analyze together what should be done to stop Mwalimu Nyerere who, clearly, intends to sabotage our hegemonic plans and who is actively seeking the removal of our Burundian brother, Major Buyoya. And furthermore, the Tanzanian government openly supports Nyangoma and the INTERAHAMWE of General Bizimungu who are responsible for genocide in Burundi and Rwanda.
While waiting for concrete proposals that will be submitted for approval at the Mbarara (Uganda) meeting to be held from 17 to 19 July 1997, we must remind the Team Leaders from the Democratic Republic of Congo to be vigilant day and night because Kabila is a Lumumbist. And you well know that Lumumbists are Nationalists. They might one day rebel against us and chase us from Congo. Congolese are like Hutus. They are ungrateful. That is why we strongly ask the Governor of North Kivu, Kanyamuhanga Gafungi and our brothers Ngezayo Albert and Rwakabuga Shinga, respectively President and Vice-President of TIP (Team Leaders in the Democratic Republic of Congo) to closely work with and support RPA and NRA soldiers stationed in the DRC so as to ensure the protection of our Representatives (Douglas Bugera and Bizima Karaha) within the government.
Our soldiers must by all means neutralize the MAI MAI and INTERAHAMWE who have become a thorn for the security of our farmers in the Masisi region. The Governor of north Kivu, Kanyamuhanga Gafungi expressed these same fears in his last report.
Finally, we would like to inform you that some of our friends have began to turn their back against us and to discredit us. They call us "war-mongers" and even "genociders". They are threatening to withdraw their support to us. We must urgently find strategies to deal with this situation.

Les RUANDAIS SONT NOS ENNEMIES
Depuis un certain temps, une nouvelle identification sociale est née chez les tutsi du Rwanda, du Burundi et de l'Ouganda. La réclamation d'une identité juive, les tutsi hébreux ( Israéliens, peuple de Dieu, peuple saint, etc.. sont les différentes dénominations qu'ils s'attribuent )fait certainement son bonhomme de chemin et de façon non hasardeuse. Elle coïncide avec les causes et engins des guerres qui bouleversent la région de grands-lacs africains.
Au regard simpliste, cette idée renvoie à la méfiance.
A l'observation minutieuse, elle suscite une série de questions fondamentales aux malheurs de l'Afrique centrale.
A la lumière des révélations récentes du journal canadien 'National Post', sur les vrais déclencheurs du génocide rwandais, qui pourtant ont été couverts pendant plus de deux ans par l'ONU, la conspiration internationale de Kagame dans la guerre en Afrique centrale ne fait plus de doute. Pour les présidents rwandais, burundais et ougandais, tous les moyens sont bons pour conquérir le cœur de l'Afrique. Le processus de la judaïsation des tutsis par rapport aux guerres qui secouent la région des grands-lacs africains en est un.
Presque deux ans après le renversement de la dictature de Mobutu au Congo, quatre ans après l'assassinat de Melchior Ndadaye au Burundi, quatre ans après l'assassinat du président Juvenal HABYARIMANA, comme au hasard, " Jerusalem Post ", dans son édition du 23 novembre 1998, déclarait officiellement pour la première fois ce qui circulait en rumeur depuis un certain temps: " Nous lançons un appel à Israël et à la Communauté Internationale pour condamner et prendre des actions contre toute violence anti-israélite, perpétrée par les non-israeliens à travers l'Afrique, sur plus de 500 000 Tutsi-Hébreux Israéliens au Rwanda ".
Cette révélation allait donner un autre aspect certainement moins apparent mais très important à la crise qui secoue
l'Afrique centrale et en particulier le Congo.
Mardi 11 mai 1999, le journal canadien National Post publiait à la page 17, un grand article sur les Lemba, un autre peuple noir, qui allègue certifier après analyses que selon les gênes sanguins qui déterminent l'hérédité, les Lemba seraient des juifs noirs descendants de Aron.
L'article cite David B. Goldstein, un juif, généticien à Oxford (Angleterre): ' Le problème est qu'il y a eu des mixages avec les populations hôtes, ce qui a obscurci leur ascendance '.
Cette façon de définir les termes 'mixage et population hôte' a une connotation raciste. Car pour lui, certains ancêtres sont des vrais ancêtres et d'autres ne le sont pas.
II. UNE CONFERENCE DANS LA CONFIDENTIALITE
Dimanche 10 octobre 1999, une réunion est annoncée à Bruxelles dans la plus grande discrétion: c'est la conférence de Havila.
Le lieu aménagé pour la conférence est le prestigieux Centre de Séminaires de l'Hôtel «Mercure», situé en 'bordure du cadre exquis du Parc de Lauzelle, dans le Brabant Wallon Belge'.
Pour bien et rapidement situer le lecteur, mentionnons que 'Havila' est le mot attribué à la région des grands-lacs par ce mouvement de la judaïsation des tutsis.
La conférence 'inaugurale des activités académiques de l'Institut de Havila' s'annonce par la judaïsation de tous les tutsi: 'Sous le signe des armoiries hébraïques de Havila: l'étoile de David, caractéristique des États modernes d'Israël et du Burundi; les Tambours de Salomon dont les Souverains shebatiques de Havila sont les gardiens, autour des Sources les plus méridionales du Fleuve sacré des Phara; un fragment des Hassarad Hadivarim (les Dix commandements de Moise) qui sont la marque de l'alliance mosaïque et la figuration de la «mémoire perdue» des peuples hébraïques de Havila'.
VIII. LES FAITS DE LA GUERRE
Le prestigieux journal tanzanien 'Daily Mail', dans son édition du 14 janvier 1999, sous le titre de 'George Bush, Museveni own shares in Congo mines' publiait un article dans lequel il pointait du doigt un ancien général de l'armée israélienne, David Agmon, comme l'un des hommes qui pillent les minerais congolais dans le territoire congolais occupé par le Rwanda.
Les sources fiables ont indiqué à GRANDS-LACS Confidentiels que les armes qui ruinent le Congo viennent de la Roumanie,
des États-Unis et d'Israël. Elles sont envoyées au Rwanda et à l'Ouganda sous prétexte de 'coopération bilatérale militaire' avant d'être acheminées au Congo par le Rwanda ou l'Ouganda, pour la conquête de l'espace et de l'or.
Les mêmes sources indiquent que certains dignitaires du gouvernement israélien fournissent à Museveni et Kagame du matériel militaire.
Panafricain News Agency (PANA), dans un article daté du 27
janvier 2000, venait encore renforcer ce qui était alors repris comme légende par AFP.
Annonçant un projet consistant à drainer l'eau du fleuve Congo pour l'offrir gratuitement aux Israéliens, PANA révèle que le projet prendrait le même nom juif qui véhiculait les mythes des minerais au Kivu.
Le projet de l'eau du fleuve Congo s'appellerait: 'les pipelines de Salomon'.
Ce projet ambitieux, mettant ensemble certains congolais de la diaspora et des hommes d'affaires américains, est une
affaire qui ne convainc que les initiateurs.
A la lumière des origines de la guerre actuelle au Congo et les conséquences sur sa population, est-il approprié que quelques ministres du gouvernement en guerre, décident sans consulter la population, d'une question aussi capitale
et importante que l'eau du fleuve Congo, question qui
implique toute la vie d'une nation pendant plusieurs générations à venir?
En toute bonne foi, le Congo n'a pas vraiment de spécialistes environnementaux et hydrologues qui peuvent démontrer hors de tout doute que le projet 'Salomon Pipeline' n'aura pas d'impact sur le Congo dans les générations futures. Par contre, ceux qui en profiteront n'auront pas de peine à faire avaler aux Congolais qu'il
n'y aura aucun danger ou impact environnemental. Dans
les pays organisés, une question comme celle de 'Salomon
Pipeline' aurait nécessité un référendum pour recueillir l'opinion populaire.
Au bureau de Westrac (la compagnie du projet 'Salomon
Pipeline'), on se contente d'expliquer cela avec une extrême légèreté bisimpliciales: 'C'est l'eau qui va ramener la paix au Congo' (car Salomon signifierait paix).
C'est un projet qui va transformer le Congo, moins que
ne l'ont fait ses fils et filles pendant 40 ans passés; avec la construction des 'églises, mosquées, hôpitaux, stationnements, parcs, logements, centres commerciaux et écoles'!
Congolais, ouvrons tous l'œil.
